This year we are using a new event management system. To make the checkout process easier for the silent auction and paddle raise we are asking guests to save their credit card information*. We will then automatically charge you for your purchases and you will not need to wait in line to pay. Some things to note:
- Tickets to attend the event are separate from the additional drink and bingo tickets. Both are links at the top of the event website.
- If you purchase two event tickets you will be asked if this is Myself and my partner, Myself with another guest, or Other guests. If you choose Myself and my partner you will share a paddle number. This is used for the paddle raise and the silent auction. If you prefer to have two paddle numbers use the Myself with another guest option.
- Please enter an email address for any guests you are purchasing a ticket for, whether an individual or a table of 8. They will receive an email and can use the link to then update their account with their credit card or purchase additional drink tickets and bingo cards.
- If your are purchasing a table and are not yet sure of who will be attending you can update your account later and add their name and email.
- Until your email is in the system, with a paid registration, you will not be able to create an account.
- If you are creating an account you will need to authenticate your email account. Go to your email and follow the instructions to verify your account.
*The event site, Auctria, uses a secure credit card processing company, Stripe. We do not have access to your actual credit card information. After the event all credit card information is purged
