We’ve heard the concerns with the long lines. This year we will be using a new online platform for registration and payment in advance, silent auction bidding from your phone and automatically charging your credit card if you are the winner, and a paddle raise that allows you to make your payment from your phone.
You will receive an email with tickets that have a QR code that you can print or save to your phone. We will have people available to help with online setup at the event.
When you arrive, please stop by the sign-in table and show us your QR code on your ticket (printed or on your phone). We'll give you a packet with your bingo cards and drink ticket(s). If you are part of a table of eight, the table host will have one packet for the table. We will have additional drink tickets available for purchase at the event.
You will need to pay when you register for the event.
The platform we are using to manage the event is a free platform for non-profits named Givebutter. The default is to add a tip to support Givebutter. If you do not want to pay that tip, click the down arrow next to the $ amount, choose other, and then leave the amount in the other box as $0.
You can pay with your Google Pay, credit card, Venmo, or PayPal. There is a credit card processing fee. If you do not want to pay that fee, click on edit and then uncheck the blue box next to yes cover the fees.
